Stop Poking Me! There are two critical aspects of frustration that are almost universally overlooked: 
1) It builds over time. Ask yourself this question: have you ever suddenly become frustrated? No, it doesn't work that way.
2) It is caused by others. Here's another question: when is the last time you frustrated yourself? No ... frustration is neither sudden nor self-generated.
So, in a nutshell, when good people like us feel "road rage", it's invariably due to the repetitive bonehead maneuvers of "F"s (see the left-hand column).
