Pass/Fail Grading of the Human Race

Let's face it ... the world really consists of only two distinct classes of people: those who feel frustration (Class A) and those who cause it (Class F).

Those of us in Class A "get it". We're thoughtful, considerate, coordinated, and intelligent (on and off the road).

"F"s, on the other hand, are careless, annoying, and inconsiderate. When the good people of Class A feel "road rage", "F"s invariably cause it. That's the simple premise behind this site and the book.

Stop Poking Me!

There are two critical aspects of frustration that are almost universally overlooked:

1) It builds over time. Ask yourself this question: have you ever suddenly become frustrated? No, it doesn't work that way.

2) It is caused by others. Here's another question: when is the last time you frustrated yourself? No ... frustration is neither sudden nor self-generated.

So, in a nutshell, when good people like us feel "road rage", it's invariably due to the repetitive bonehead maneuvers of "F"s (see the left-hand column).
